Successfully transitioned from 6 million SF NJ/NY portfolio to 11 million SF. Produced clear-cut operating and capital budgets, quarterly and annual variance reports, ‘No Surprises’ forecasts, and market management summaries. Maintained an additional 3 million SF in development projects. Skilled in YARDI programs and processes. In-depth knowledge of building systems.
