Daily Duties at Cary Health And Rehabilitation Center:
Assist Director of Nursing, acting DON in absence of Director of Nursing. Maintains appropriate staffing level and skill mix. Collaborates with the clinial nurse educator to define and oversee the education and training of licensed and unlicensed staff involved in providing direct patient care. Confer with MD and NP for any acute episodes and for daily needs of the patients. Develop and oversee care plans with the Staff, Resident and or Responsible Party to ensure continuity from admission to Discharge. Documentation for Medicare/Medicaid and MDS.
