Daily Duties at Wake Med Health & Hospital:
RN duties and skills- Lab draws,Blood cultures, Pain evaluation/ Medical and Complimentary intervention, Kidney Dialysis/ Staff Charge Nurse Admission and assessments. Plan of Cares, Leadership - delegate and evaluation delegation of duties to other team members. Review patient problems every shift and collaborates with other disciplines to prioritize and revise plan of care to meet changes in patient/family needs during hospital stay and discharge.
