Facilities Engineer for a 55,000 sq ft Vrizonbusiness Facility located in the City of Hayward California. Major responsibilities was in the day to day 24x7 Operations of the entire infrastructure of the facility which included Electrical High and Low Voltage Systems,DC Power Plant and Battery Systems, Chiller Systems, Fire and Suppression Systems, Electrical Paralleling and Switch Gear Systems, Underground and Above Ground Fueling Systems, Fueling Control Systems, Building Management and Alarming Systems, Closed loop HVAC Stsyms,Split Top HVAC Systems, Back-up Power Generators, Facility Card Key Entry and Alarming Systems, Motor Control Systems,UPS Systems. Maintained all equipment with routine maintenance or outsourcing and/ or service contracts. Up dated various Data bases and platforms with information on a monthly base. Completed all annual maintenance that was required by city or state. Completed Facility Power transfer to Generators on a monthly basis. Responded to any infrastructure alarms on a 24x7 basis. Worked on all facility upgrades relating to new equipment installations. Managed installation vendors and contractors. Worked with real estate relating to all required operating permits. Worked on any life cycle change out of old or faulty equipment. Worked and maintained all security systems.
