Team member of seven responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining wholesale order entry and inventory system developed in Progress 4GL RDBMS versions 6, 7, 8 and 9 Character and 10 GUI in a UNIX environment. -Coded database application modules and stored procedures based on design documents and business analysis for the wholesale industry -Applied Progress database technology for access security, data integrity, transaction management, query optimization and data replication -Integrated, tested, debugged and documented Progress database application modules -Analyzed and documented data requirements for Progress database applications -Consulted with business units on entry, financial, and inventory data management -Analyzed problems and provided infrastructure solutions -Created database definitions, stored procedures and triggers -Created programs for data transfers between systems for loads, analysis and reports -Provided phone support in trouble shooting and data management for business units and clients
