Daily Duties at Gear For Sports:
Creative Management of 4-6 Art Directors, copy writer, camera tech, 2 coordinators and freelance designers. Design and supervision of company catalogs, POS signage, private label catalogs and fulfillment programs. Constant evaluation of procedures and processes to ensure that all production deadlines are met and are delivered at or below pre-determined budgets.
