Daily Duties at Total Peripherals, Inc.:
First point of contact for all clients, provided general technical support and facilitated returns of defective product. Performed general administrative tasks including filing, faxing, copying and ordering of office supplies for department. Oversaw returns to vendors and ensuring prompt credit and/or replacement merchandise. Responsible for maintaining multimillion dollar inventory of computer electronics. Performed shipping and receiving tasks as needed, ensuring daily processing of all inbound and outbound packages.
