Provide legal services for busy real estate, probate & estate, and general litigation and transaction practice. Primary focus has been on real estate transactions and litigation, including but not limited to the servicing of loans for several mortgage lending institutions involving creditor rights and collection as well as title review and curative actions. Responsibilities include preparing cases and documents for both transactional and litigation matters by preparing necessary contracts and addendums, preparing and responding to various motions, deposing lay and expert witnesses, and attending various hearings in both state and federal bankruptcy court for a variety of complex litigation cases. Experience also includes preparing oil and gas leases and other real estate transactions for corporate entities for real estate development and financing, and preparing estates for final division of property.
