Daily Duties at H2 Gen Innovations, Inc.:
Manage Purchasing Department and ensure that orders are placed for materials to meet production schedules. Source new suppliers for special projects, negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and quality requirements. Manage inventory control of the warehouse, and Shipping & Receiving Departments. Conduct annual physical inventories of warehouse and work-in-process and assist Accounting with reconciliations. Work with Navision consultant to organize unique projects and segregate inventories per instructions from Accounting. Design reporting system to track inventories for unique projects, and work with Accounting to ensure costs are identified for each project. Provide logistical support for Sales and Manufacturing when necessary. Provide procedural documents and work instructions to comply with ISO requirements.
