- Managed 40 professionals in providing network computing infrastructure support services
- Led a team to standardize print & document management processes & support across US operations
- Establish the 1st CIO office for a 12K employee division; awarded by the CEO for leading a major change initiative critical to the company’s turnaround; published first division IT newsletter
- Responsible for reducing non-value-add spending by 50%, reengineering IT system & saving over $350M; created business case for new investment yielding 17% payback against a 10% hurdle rate
- Consolidated infrastructure and streamlined 900+ disparate enterprise applications to < 300
- Matrix managed a cross-functional international team; served on the division’s Diversity Council
