- Developed the HR technology roadmap for reengineering all operations, processes, & talent analytics
- Owned regulatory compliance for HR systems and processes; successfully managed SOX & EEOC audits
- Performed department employee relations & talent management responsibilities; oversaw vendor relations
- Played a key role in creating IT & HR technology solutions for Lockheed Martin Space Systems
