Daily Duties at Dream Team Dentistry:
Supervise a staff of 15 new employees and coordinate daily assignments. Assist patients with financial and insurance obligations. Compute patient financial responsibility, account receivable and posting payment. Participate in managerial activities and create a business plan. Prepare schedules and time sheets for all employees. Work closely with patients to collect outstanding, past due debt. Assist the doctors with all clerical matters.
