Daily Duties at Ct & Associates:
Responsible for all aspects of the organization from sales/marketing, project development, execution and closure; contract negotiation and administration; finance. Consulting functions include facilitation, coaching, project management, training, assessments, process improvement, conflict resolution, leadership development, employee development, succession planning, culture development and all aspects of moving an organization through a transisition phase.
