Processed customer orders and invoices, supporting Sales and Marketing group with sales literature, mass advertising mailing, creating sales representative agreements and managing out of state sales representative support needs, along with conducting research on competitors and sales leads. Coordinated raw material and finished goods inventory, managed shipping logistics and supported production control activities including Kanban system of inventory control. Handled reception and switchboard operation. Managed accounts payable and receivable, credit card and bank statement reconciliation and coordinated quarterly tax return statements. Processed sales orders, invoices and work orders for incoming customer requests using QuickBooks software. Supported production processes including written process documentation, safety training in regards to safe handling of chemicals, and MSDS review and documentation, along with filling in during production runs when necessary.
