Daily Duties at Farmers Insurance :
The major resonsibilities I have with Farmers Insurance is investigating automobile accidents by taking detailed statements from all parties involved including independent witnesses, securing police reports, and investigating accident sites. Once Liability has been determined, I meet with injured parties to explain the claims process, and secure a medical authorization form. Once the authorizatin is secured, I send records request to all medical providers and place the file on a diary to follow-up with the injured party to check on their treatment status. Once the injured party concludes treatment, I follow-up with the providers to check on the status of the request. When all records are secured, I evaluate the injury claim and begin negotiatons.
