 Responsible for directing, coordinating, training, and supervising the Sales representatives.  Managed and maintained average headcount of 10 for over 3 years which exceeded recruiting targets.  Recognized for achieving as the #1 District Sales Director.  Consistently met and exceeded weekly/monthly team forecasts which resulted from efficiently managing rep activities, leading sales meetings, developing sales competitions, and coaching all aspects of sales processes.  Identified and implemented effective resolutions to customers’ and employees’ problems by coordinating with various departments concerned.  Recognized as 1 of the complex product experts specializing in complex Multiprotocol Line Switching networks and as 1 of the company system experts in the Atlanta market.
