Daily Duties at Deltacom:

 Responsible for recruiting, directing, coordinating, training, and supervising all Deltacom sales agents in Atlanta Territory  Managed and maintained an average Agent count of 21 master agents and appx 120 sub agents.  Consistently maintained recruiting target of 3 new Agents per month for 8 months.  Consistently met and training all Sales Agents on new products while driving up average revenue per sale.  Identified and implemented effective resolutions to customers’ and Agents’ problems by coordinating with various departments concerned.
