Daily Duties at Wncn Nbc 17:
Responsible for writing, editing and producing station image promos, sales presentations, special event campaigns and special report promos on Final Cut Pro as the sole writer/producer/editor for NBC 17. Won Mid-South Regional Emmy for Promo/News category. Goals achieved included communicating effective, attention grabbing promos under extremely tight deadlines (sometimes as quickly as 8 to 12 hour turnaround, concept to completion). Acted as sole liaison between News and Creative Services departments to determine promo intent and viewer benefit.
