PAYROLL/COMPENSATION/HRIS SPECIALIST (1987–1998) BENEFITS/HRIS MANAGER (1998–1998) HRIS MANAGER (1999–2001) Progressed through a series of increasingly responsible HR leadership roles. Challenged to research, propose, and implement PeopleSoft for a 600-employee company through PeopleSoft’s Select methodology. Appointed to develop panels for use in HR processes and to facilitate PeopleSoft training for employees. Selected to maintain system accuracy audits, establish training for future reporting, and manage the company’s HR internal Web site. Delivered Results: - Evaluated, introduced, and implemented PeopleSoft for 600+ employees using PeopleSoft’s Select methodology. - Planned and launched start-up of PeopleSoft to assist senior-level managers with decision making for project resource allocations. - Spearheaded development and training for employees on the use of PeopleSoft and future reporting throughout the company.
