Daily Duties at De Kalb Technical College:
Prepares lesson plans for classroom instruction for credit academic courses at a technical college. Develops program, syllabi, goals and objectives. Meets with students, staff members, and educators in instructional program development and delivery. Assists with recruitment, retention and job placement efforts. Evaluates students' progress in attaining goals and objectives. Maintains program certification requirements, as appropriate. Prepares and maintains all required documentation. Adjunct Instructor within the Public Safety and Security program.
