Managed cost control to include: cost reporting, forecasting, quantity tracking & input for client and subcontract work, contract revenue to include initiation of change orders & payments to the subcontractors and Vendors, contract administration and assisted with estimating new change orders & extra work, ensured compliance to DOT erosion control and MOT standards, reviewed & approved of civil shop drawings and product data, updated & maintained the project schedule (Suretrak), prepared AutoCAD drawings for MOT changes and production scheduling, trained & developed junior engineers for career advancement, supported and coordinated field operations with field managers & reviewed production rates with field personnel regularly, ensured erosion control & safety compliance and maintenance, updated & tracked equipment schedules, estimated and reported new change order work
