Daily Duties at College Health Clinic:
Created and established this new department. Responsible for all aspects of mental health program management: rehab services, administrative, fiscal. • Conceptualize, develop and implement departments program, services, and structure. • Provide training, guidance, and leadership to department employees. • Responsible for promoting department’s program, increasing visibility, and community involvement. • Facilitate child and adult Rehabilitation Groups and Co-facilitate Therapy groups with a Therapist (MFT). • Developed curriculum and facilitate child and adult rehabilitation groups. • Provided Consultation to new Clinics in the establishment of their Case Management Departments. • Assess and respond to life threatening crisis situations.
