Daily Duties at Knowledge Learning Corporation:

Provided leadership in all operations, strategy, program, and HRIS maintenance of a private school. • Develop and improve business, to progress it from one of the bottom twenty schools in the Company (at risk for closure) to a high performing school within the first year of Directorship. Responsible for all aspects of Program management: educational, administrative, and fiscal. • Serve as Program Director to three sites ensuring standards compliance and supporting implementation • Provide educational program vision, while maintaining fiscal and operational accountability. Increased student enrollment by 72% and Direct Operating Income by 110% . • Manage Accounts Receivable to decrease from 78% to 5% and Annual Loss to less than 1%. • Recruit, orient, train, coach and assess new School Directors. Reduced management turnover by 75%. • Recruit, train, manage, inspire, and develop twenty employees. Responsible for all aspects of staff performance, evaluation, discipline, investigation, and mediation. Reduced staff turnover by 43%. • Ensure compliance with Licensing, County, State, and Federal laws and Corporate policies. • Utilize knowledge of adult learning and behavior to bi-annually organize, coordinate, and facilitate ongoing training of field staff (80+). Strong oral and written communication skills. • High Gallup Poll Results (94%) & Mystery Shop Results (96%), 200% customer complaint decrease. • MVP (2009), Idea Exchange Award (2009), 110% DOI Increase (2008), Center of the Year (2007)
