~Oversee 3 other assistants to ensure we are flowing consistently with what the doctor required ~Responsible in assisting the doctor during dental procedures ~Keeping the patient comfortable, yet making them aware of the procedure being done ~Maintaining sterility according to OSHA standards in the office, mainly operatories, labs, sterilization areas, and front desk ~Being knowledgable of all procedures to be able to explain the reasons and needs to the patients ~X RAY certified to take intraoral xrays as well out extraoral xrays on all patients of all ages ~Responsible for decreasing the outstanding balances of the office by 50% by proper follow up with patients ~Responsible for maintaining the recall of all patients to ensure the doctor's schedule stays intact ~Knowledgable of all setups and a close relationship with the doctor to ensure that I am one step ahead of what he wants
