~Responsible for building rapport quickly with clients to create long term loyalty. ~Maintaining their accounts, while constantly striving for more by upselling and cross-selling on each call. ~Manage an assigned territory of buying and non-buying accounts ~Constantly prospecting new clients and creating awareness for their different options in their industry ~Continuing to learn and constantly training to stay up to date in the ever changing industry ~Trouble shooting problems with clients that may arise in regards to shipping, credit & billing, pricing, etc. ~Making marketing mailing, faxes, slogans, etc to constantly keep the clients interested.
