Daily Duties at American Steel And Supply:
Provided exceptional customer service as inside and outside sales rep of structural steels (HR, CR, Aluminum, and SS) as well as pipe, valves and fittings to Chicago’s industrial complex. Providing on time services and deliveries of needed products for factory maintenance and production. Also offered other industrial products as needed, such as hand tools, power tools, shot blast materials, paints and solvents when requested. Visiting customers, primarily factory machine shops, developing relationships with foreman and machinists to offer superior service to help maintain equipment in production facilities.
