Daily Duties at Fed Ex Ground:
Ran a planned sort overseeing 15-20 exempt and up to 250 non-exempt employees. Tasks included, but were not limited to payroll, maintaining up to 20 production matrices, yearly evaluations of salaried managers, implementing process improvement, disciplinary actions, training, contingency planning and implementation and communication with other functional area including HR, linehaul and upper management.
