• Manage 5 merchandisers for this location. • Ensure merchandising standards through, Plano-gram setup, ordering, and sales forecasting. • Ad setup and planning with direct vendor ordering through P.O. system. • Training and development of 40 team members and 10 merchandisers. • Shipping and Receiving management including direct ship from vendor.
