Daily Duties at Best Buy:
• Sales development for 70+ sales associates and 6 Department Managers • Responsible for attaining sales and margin goals. • Trained Managers to develop their associates in customer service, sales techniques and product knowledge. • Responsible for all merchandising standards in the store. • Complete all Plano-grams, store resets and AD set up. • Ensure all products were functional and pricing was accurate. • Responsible for general appearance of the store including creating a clean and exciting atmosphere for our customers. • New store setup and recruiting for this location. • Kept all fixture and P.O.P. ordering under budget.
