Daily Duties at Circuit City:
• Oversee daily operations of this location with 75-100 associates and $20 million in annual sales. • Develop and implement plans to meet and exceed budgeted sales and gross profit. • Train managers to develop their associates in customer service, sales techniques and product knowledge. • Create open door atmosphere with respect in the work environment. • Schedule and conduct weekly business reviews with managers and monthly communication meetings with all associates. • Hold monthly P&L meeting with managers to get input on our plan to improve. • Coach and develop managers to the next level. • Grand opening setup for two locations. (Mechanicsburg and Lancaster) • Increased sales volume from $16 million to $20 million over period of 1 year.
