Daily Duties at H Igher One :
O’Connor and Associates is a legal firm that assists clients with reducing yearly taxes on their owned property by protesting taxes with the County Appraisal District in the Clients County. I assisted with inbound calls from potential and current clients with setting up services, explaining protesting process and fees, updating paperwork, canceling services, payment processing etc. I also made outbound calls to clients to remind them for payments due and past due, soft collection calls. This was a seasonal project.
