Daily Duties at Myocor:
Conducted HR procedures, process fulfillment, team training, and overall administration, which included remote offices in France and the United Kingdom. Oversaw the budget and travel desk by implementing effective air travel and employee expense reports. Facilitated R&D solutions for pre-clinical efforts via process development, research materials, and logistics for sterilization. Served as clinical coordinator for Myocor and corporate partners at domestic and international hospitals. Operated in-house quality systems and assisted completion of ISO 13485 requirements for full review and FDA approval of company products. Coordinated the company network, security, IT, telephone, and peripherals for employees. Controlled IT expenses, hardware and software purchases, as well as regulated IT support, maintenance and upgrades.
