Daily Duties at Celleration:

Directed corporate headquarters and administrative focus of more than 80 internal and remote employees. Spearheaded communications and assistance to the R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance & Reimbursement, and Clinical teams. Constructed new HR directives and conducted hiring, training, and development of 40 clinical and sales professionals. Supervised the IT help desk, as well as installed IT network and infrastructure, and implemented software purchases for FDA compliance. Issued efficient and effective facility and equipment upgrades and pioneered continual improvement and research. Ensured ISO 13485 quality standards with initial and ongoing quality assurance training and follow-up materials. Contributed to reimbursement code and strategy for DME accreditation and successful auditing. Collaborated on executive accounting processes, option agreements, bridge financings, and corporate partnership programs.
