Daily Duties at New Paradigm Resources Group:
Worked as a Telecommunications Analyst for a CLEC consulting firm located in the City of Chicago. Duties consisted of performing audits of client's telephone bills, by constructing traffic studies for each assigned client. Other duties consist of analyzing local and,longdistance rates, cellular accounts, pagers equipment contracts. A additional position was acting as the Telecommunications Manager for the site. Duties consisted of performing the day-to-day administration of the PBX system (Mitel 200SX), which supports the entire building, which includes a private club and hotel. Additional activities included, backing up data, keeping track of port availability.
