Worked as Telecommunication Analyst in the Orlando area. Duties consisted of daily administration of all PBX/Hybrid/Key systems and voice mail systems. Managing all aspects of voice operations (Cisco, Toshiba, Mitel, Comdial, etc.) including the planning, building installation, maintenance, and support of communication networks throughout the organization and call centers. Prepares analysis reports and data records pertaining to existing communications systems and equipment to monitor the effectiveness and adequacy of the systems, and recommend hardware and equipment replacement,and maintenance costs.
