Daily Duties at Service Master:
Primary duties consist of the daily support to telecom customers at Corporate and Branch locations, assist in the support of the Definity G3R PBX, and Cisco Call Manager VOIP applications supporting a 1000-seat call center using ICM (Intelligent Call Manager), and Avaya CMS . Also support associated voicemail systems such as Octel, Audix, and Unity. Additional duties consist of the design of telecom solutions for Corporate and Branch locations by placing orders with LEC for digital and analog circuits, including facilitating contracts when required, toll free number ordering and support, and working with Telecom vendors to install,support or disconnect circuits.
