Created internal audit process and performed internal audits. Issued monthly quality report including trend analysis, manufacturing, failure analysis, and related comments. Perform internal audits. Administer and followed up all corrective action requests. Verified corrective action is compliant. Segregate nonconforming material and insure disposition. • Designed and implemented a failure report and a corrective action system to resolve operational issues. Coordinated transfer to and from customer for updates and problem resolution.
