Taught classes and mentored quality team members in CQA, CQI, and CQT, supervised 16 employees. Established gage R & R program. Implement the 5 S systems to control internal costs and improve efficiency. Segregated and removed noncompliant material. • Lead Kaizen project reducing shipping line footprint 50%. • Created a Cost of Quality monthly report with $1.6 Million in annual savings.
