Hired after completion of volunteer student trainer during college, and consistently promoted. Selected to open and manage Orange Park facility. Managed customer service, membership sales, staff hiring, training and scheduling, as well as facility maintenance for 2 locations. Developed corporate memberships that increased membership recruitment. Designed and placed advertising, news releases and articles. Designed and marketed branded clothing. Co-founded and launched a weight loss program that was adopted at 3 locations.
