Daily Duties at Esg:
INTEGRATION & TEST ENGINEER Subject matter expert for the authoring of all test requirements for the James Webb telescope. Circumvented the complexities of exceptionally tight schedules to successfully deliver comfortable and functional space station quarters for crews (currently in-flight). • Spearheaded development and acquisition of requirement documents for the James Webb Space Telescope project (the Hubble Telescope replacement), which is currently testing at the Johnson Space Center. RICHARD BUSSEY 256.665.8455 • Accelerated substantial requirements support and generation to maintain the aggressive schedule for delivering the potable water system for the successful delivery to Space Station in support of ULF-1. • Augmented flight hardware for Crew Quarter Units being processed for UFL-1 at the Kennedy Space Center (in November 2008) to guarantee personnel adherence to quality standards while under strict deadlines. CERTIFICATION & COMPLIANCE ENGINEER Provided interpretation of drawings and requirements to ensure effective and efficient fulfillment of client needs. Held accountability for the accurate testing and certification of essential hardware end items required for flight, and signed off on all relevant flight data packages. Functioned efficiently and steadily under severe time constraints, often working many hours beyond company requirements in order to meet the schedule and complete the project. • Augmented flight hardware for Crew Quarter Units being processed for UFL-1 at the Kennedy Space Center (in November 2008) to guarantee personnel adherence to quality standards while under strict deadlines.
