Daily Duties at Bastion Technology:

QUALITY ENGINEERING SPECIALIST II Assigned to the Independent Assessment Group which provides assessments for Space Shuttle, international Space Station, Constellation program and the entire Marshall Space Flight Center (MFSC). This group reports directly to NASA Headquarters. Responsible for preparing reports encompassing all aspects of each program and center facilities. Work independently and as a team player in solving complex problems under strict deadlines regarding the aforementioned programs. Generate Problem Reports and Corrective Action (PRACA) documents. Read and interrupt Government/Industry Information Data Exchange Program and the applicability to all programs. Monitor Acute Launch Emergency Reliability Tip (ALERTS) to determine effect for each program, generating bi-weekly notes on the various programs supported MSFC LEVEL II ARES 1, 1X and CONSTELLATION PROGRAM QUALITY ENGINEER Provided key contributions to department meetings, analyzed and reviewed change requests, and evaluated all critical program level documents governing quality engineering requirements across the entire programS. Core member of procurement studies of flight hardware, ground support and facility equipment.
