Application Developer, Power Delivery Systems. Created almost half of Power Delivery Systems' Substation and Transmission Line Construction Management Estimating System. used by Alabama and Georgia Power Companies. Supervisor and Project Manager of Construction Management System-Estimating Reconciliation System. Supervisor over all of Construction Management System - Estimating: development, maintenance and production support. Manager of Information Resources Plans and Budgets. Produced, managed and controlled $240 million IT budget for the Southern Company. Client Manager, Customer, Employee and Marketing Systems. Led 108+ person organization, with $20+ million budget responsible for Customer Information, Employee Information and Marketing Information Systems. Improvements during this period saved electric customers over $20 million per year. Chief Architect, Applications and Data Architecture Implementation. Responsible for moving Enterprise to distributed computed. This was a period when there were many options, most bad to perilous, where a false move could affect the dividend, managing a multi-state group with personal corporate agendas. We did very, very well.
