Daily Duties at Memry Corporation:
Total authority over Finance Department operations including treasury, general accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, budget development / administration, forecasting, financial analysis, risk management, tax filing, and external audits. Directed the Corporate IT function including management of hardware and software selection, installation, implementation and maintenance. Review and authorize capital investments. Manage, review and contribute to the preparation of annual (10-K) and quarterly (10-Q) SEC filings including new SOX requirements. Develop corporate and financial SOPs.
