Finance / Accounting Manager (1994-1995) • Managed the finance and accounts of (a) Physicians Health Plan of Greater St. Louis, and (b) International Division to produce monthly financial statements timely and accurately. • Led a team to South Africa to create a JV, including negotiating the deal in concert with Goldman Sachs. Worked over a year on own time to help found and establish the International Division. Management Development Program / Internal Audit (1992-1994) • Led the first-ranked team in a year long cost-cutting contest. Total savings generated: $3.14 million. • Maintained due diligence documents and determined target prices and profitability for over 30 acquisition targets and for new ventures such as CHAMPUS
