Develop new products (e.g., Appeals Programs, Medicare B & D programs, Medicare Drug discount cards, Consumer Driven HealthCare, Advocate Resource Center, Generic programs) to comply with government & client requirements. Included analysis, pricing, monthly financials, forecasting, budgeting, and internal as well as client education on the economics of the products. • Created report cards for clients to indicate opportunities to reduce drug spend - Potential gain for Caremark and its clients: > $50 M. Negotiated settlement with clients saving Caremark approx. $1.5 M.
