Rated as World’s Top 25 ‘unsung’ innovative companies by Business Week in April 2009 (based on a BCG survey) • Head the company’s Finance & Accounting and HR. Tavant placed as a Top 10 employer in the widely-followed ‘Dataquest-IDC IT Employers Survey’ under based on intensely close collaboration with media. • Demonstrated ROIs of 40% to 60% to clients resulting from offshoring of IT services and functions. Led by example: 29 of 33 staff members on my team located in (i.e., “offshored to”) India. • Communicate and interact closely with the Board of Directors on company’s finances, outlook & strategy.
