Assigned to assist a Senior Attorney, duties included preparation, typing, and editing of general correspondence, i.e., letters, memoranda, etc.; also ran mail merges, also prepared and typed correspondence of the practice’s legal nature (i.e., orders, judgments, motions, notices, demands, etc.), in addition to other variety of pleadings; typed contracts, leases, recreated forms in computerized format; screened calls for assigned attorneys; scheduled appointments; inputted time sheets; notarized documents.
