Daily Duties at Global Fax Llc/Dealer Track Inc:
End user support for 2 locations one in Michigan and one in Ohio. Maintained Active Directory through Windows 2000/2003 with Administration of ADUC. Computers, OU's, Groups and Group Object Administrative Rights. Monitoring and maintenance of HP Proliant servers as well as HP and Lenovo workstations. Managed software and hardware updates need to both workstations and servers including patches, service packs and various hardware upgrades. Networking support for TCP/IP, DHCP server as well as static IP addresses. Responsible for both physical and software security including Kantech security systems and Symantec enterprise Anti-virus suite. Responsible for the company’s IT purchasing and implementation along with helping determine the company’s annual IT budget
