Daily Duties at Villalta & Assocites:
• Prepare your business monthly financial statement and complete general ledger. • Keep you in compliance with IRS and recordkeeping requirements • File all IRS Forms 1099, 1096, W-2, W-3, 941, UCT-6, etc, • Review Corporate Bylaws • Articles of Incorporation • Review last three years of U.S. Federal Income Tax Return • Review last year Statement of Financial Position and current year ( Balance Sheet and Statement of Revenue and Expenses [P&L] • Review and set up an IRS approved chart of Accounts. • Review all property and equipment • Review inventory • Review Sales Tax Report • Review all notes and loan obligations that business is obligated for • Review all 941s and UCT-6s ( Quarterly Federal Payroll Tax Reports ) • Review 501[c][3] and Form 1023 for Non Profit • Review and set up approved contribution reports for IRS • Review donations, benevolence and mission offerings.
