Project: EGS - Email Gateway System used by AT&T for management of Orders, billings and invitations • Determined client’s details, documented functional and business requirements for projects • Conducted JAD sessions, GAP and Risk analysis of existing system and other project meetings • Executed SQL queries to extract customer information and analyzed it to market new products • Designed new database tables and added new SQL retrieval logic in the DAO’s using JDBC • Worked on servlet modules for adding new functionality and Resolving Production issues
